Lantern Hollow
★★★★★ 4.7
Lantern Hollow is a quiet adventure game and one of my favorites here. You wander a hand-drawn valley, light old lanterns, and slowly piece together why the place went dark. There's no combat and no timer — just curiosity as your engine.
The tap-and-explore controls are effortless, and the game is smart about hints. If you're stuck, a subtle glow nudges you toward what to try, but it never solves the puzzle for you. That balance kept me feeling clever rather than frustrated.
It's short, maybe five hours, and it doesn't pad itself. What's there is polished, atmospheric, and genuinely charming. Play it with headphones.
